The Self-Transforming Brain:
The Gateway to Human Transformation
Facilitator: Sharon Sebring
You can use your mind to change your brain for the better, which
benefits your whole being, and every other person whose life you
touch. Small positive actions every day will add up to large changes
over time, as you gradually become more present to your life.
Through the use of images, music, group interaction, and the newest
information on the brain, we will all transform together.
In this session you will:
-
Learn the brain states that
underlie the mental states of happiness, love and
wisdom.
-
Discover how you can use
your mind to stimulate and strengthen positive mind
states.
-
Learn the number one secret
to changing your mind for the better.
-
Understand how consciously
participating in the process of change can be a
profound spiritual practice
-
Leave with three doable
action steps to maximize your happiness.
Wholesome changes in the brains of many people could
help tip the world in a better direction.
Sharon Sebring became a student of the mind after
enduring a health crisis that put her at a crossroads.
She chose life and the result is that today she enjoys
optimal health and has completely transformed herself.
As a result she knows that we all have a brave heart and
can ride the waves of change together.
Sharon is an Ordained Minister through Sancta Sophia
Seminary, a graduate of Antioch University in Seattle
with a degree in psychology, and today is training with
neuroscientist Dr. Joe Dispenza. She is a graduate of
the National Speakers Association and Coaches Training
Institute and is a Life Coach. Sharon is a devoted
practitioner of mindfulness meditation and the 12 steps.
MAGNT, the Minnesota chapter of the Association for Global New
Thought, offers activities to expand consciousness. Its purpose
is to inspire, inform and empower people to create an awakened
world. MAGNT is supported by local Unity and Religious Science
churches.
There is no admission fee for this or other MAGNT
programs unless specified. Donations are welcome. No
need to pre-register. Just come and be warmly included.
Come to learn, to ask questions, and to engage in
spirited conversation with the group.
We look forward to seeing you.
