Unity South Church 7950 First Ave. So. Bloomington, 55420
Shedding the Illusion of Separateness
Meeting in the Field Beyond Right and Wrong
The Sufi poet Rumi mused: "Out beyond ideas of right and wrong there is a field. I’ll meet you there." At the February MAGNT meeting we will explore the world of duality and dualistic thinking into which we were all born, and play with ways of opening up to the worldview that sees the universe as an unseparated one-ness. William Schmidt and Rosemary Ritchie will be our guides in this exploration. To give us a taste of the scientific research into one-ness, they will be referring to The Field: The Quest for the Secret Force of the Universe by Lynne McTaggart. Link to suggested reading from "The Field". “For the past I-don’t-know-how-many centuries, we have been using the wrong operating manual for humanity. We’ve been using one designed for separate selves, and yet we’ve discovered that the world is totally connected and totally interrelated, so it’s no wonder we’ve been creating such havoc." - Bill Twist, founder of the Pachamama Alliance
Saturday MAGNT meetings are free and open to the public. No need to pre-register. Just come and be warmly included. MAGNT, the Minnesota chapter of the Association for Global New Thought, offers activities to expand consciousness. Its purpose is to inspire, inform and empower people to create an awakened world. MAGNT is supported by local Unity and Religious Science churches.
Come to learn, to ask questions, and to engage in spirited conversation with the group. We look forward to seeing you.
