Rocking Our Souls: Movement as a Spiritual Tool

facilitated by Ira Gordon and Jane Johnson

There is more than one way to investigate our connections to higher realms and to ourselves.
For some, pure thought will suffice.
For some, the pure absence of thought will suffice.
For most of us, it helps to incorporate the body and to move.

At the October MAGNT gathering, we will experience two forms of movement that can open up new pathways:
Body prayer -- Improvisational movement with music
Authentic Movement – A powerful technique designed to help the individual mover get out of her/his own way.

Agility and/or prior experience with movement as a spiritual tool is not necessary. The only prerequisite for this event: the desire to rock your soul. Please wear comfortable clothes.

Saturday MAGNT meetings are free and open to the public. No need to pre-register. Just come and be warmly included. MAGNT, the Minnesota chapter of the Association for Global New Thought, offers activities to expand consciousness. Its purpose is to inspire, inform and empower people to create an awakened world. MAGNT is supported by local Unity and Religious Science churches.

Come to learn, to ask questions, and to engage in spirited conversation with the group.

We look forward to seeing you.
